Cease Trade is NOT a Scam

Firstly York-Rio was ceased traded almost a year ago together with an unrelated company that shared office space with York-Rio.
The OSC entered with a search warrant for the other company NOT York-Rio.
The OSC froze the bankaccounts of the other company and has never frozen York-Rio to this day.
As a direct result of the mob mentality death threats have been received and libellous staements written.
Victor York has never once used any aliases.
The OSC has never reflected any aliases(because there was none used by Victor York).
No allegations have been presented after a year of supplying all the documents and dozens of interviews.
Legal fees continue to be attended to rather than allow the matter to be left to the whims of parties that have no knowledge or experience in these matters.
The next hearing is set for March 2010.
